Can I modify or cancel my handbag order after placing it?

Due to our commitment to fast dispatch and limited inventory, we are unable to guarantee any modifications or order cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, but please note our fulfillment process begins quickly.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan, with more international destinations coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Next-Day Delivery: 1–2 business days

International

  • Economy International: 8–21 business days
  • Standard International: 5–10 business days
  • Express International: 1–5 business days
How soon will my order ship after I place it?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During peak collection launches or holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before you receive your tracking confirmation email.

Order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. First, check nearby areas like your mailroom, front desk, or with neighbors, as carriers often leave packages in secure locations. In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered a bit early but should arrive within the next day.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your customer account to view order history.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes — domestic U.S. orders are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

At this time, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges may be available for domestic U.S. orders depending on stock. Contact us and we’ll assist you.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

International

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan, with additional international destinations coming soon.

Are international orders eligible for returns?

At this time, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan.

Are duties and taxes included?

Once you have selected the country that you will be shipping to, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout as separate line items. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
