Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-4 Business Days

  • Next-Day Delivery: 1-2 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Economy International: 8-21 business days

  • Standard International: 5-10 Business Days

  • Express International: 1-5 business days

  • Available to: Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Japan

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Some items may incur additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or destination.

  • Certain hazardous or restricted materials cannot be shipped internationally.

  • Additional customs fees may apply for international orders.

Address Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

  • Additional fees may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

  • You can track your shipment via our Shopify order status page.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of shipment.

  • All claims will be reviewed and resolved within 3–5 business days.

International Customs & Duties (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

For all international orders, we use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model to provide a smoother and more predictable delivery experience.

This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be calculated at checkout and shown as separate line items before you complete your purchase.

  • LIKE THIS LIKE THAT collects these fees upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying—no surprises upon delivery.

  • We pay the required duties and taxes directly to your destination country’s customs office on your behalf.

With DDP, your package will move through customs faster, and you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note:

  • Customs processing times may still vary by country and may affect delivery estimates.

  • Refusal to pay duties at checkout (if any calculation fails) may result in shipment delays or cancellation.

  • Holiday order deadlines will be announced on our website.

  • During peak seasons, please allow additional processing time.
