We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be free from scratches, stains, deformation, or other signs of wear

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@shoplikethislikethat.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

International Orders (Outside of the United States)

All international orders shipped outside of the U.S. are final sale.
At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international purchases due to customs processes, international transit costs, and handling limitations.

If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@shoplikethislikethat.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue to determine the best resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
